Designed to carry larger digital cameras and compact digital camcorders, the Digital 6 has Dual Foam Technology that combines closed-cell foam to provide maximum shock protection with open-cell foam for vibration dampening and a custom fit. It features a Speed Flap top for quick access, a zipper-closing Speed Pocket on the lid, and a Windowpane-Mesh pocket inside the top for filters and lens caps. A front accessory pocket with Universal Memory & Battery Pockets inside secures various types of memory cards and batteries. A special fitted pocket holds extra memory cards or floppy disks. In addition to the EasyGrip carrying handle, the Digital 6 has an adjustable, removable shoulder strap, and belt loop to carry it hands-free on a belt.

Nice camera bag.
As with all of Tamrac's products it is inexpensive and well made. This is the 5th Tamrac bag that I have bought for various cameras that I have. The first one I bought is still holding up almost 10 years later.

A really nice camera bag for compact digital cameras
A really nice camera bag for compact digital cameras. This bag will hold most accessories a compact digital camera owner want to carry and can be either used with the shoulder strap or the belt loop.

Tamrac 5696Digital6 Digital photo bag
I like the bag but it is not as large as I had hoped. I am able to get the supplies into it, but it is not roomy and I cannot fit the guide book in. If I had it to do over I would not have purchased the bag. I would have waited, and gotten a larger bag at Walmart. Then I would not have had the shipping or the size issues.

Perfect bag for the "Super Zoom" camera
After a little work with the camera measurements (I have a Lumix DMC-F27) I decided the Tamrac 5696 just could be the perfect bag. This turned out to be correct. There is just enough room for the camera and a few accessories. It is very easy to carry and treats the camera quite well. I wouldn't want a smaller or a larger bag. It is very well made and easy to use. I'm very pleased with the bag overall.

I don't have enough experience with this kind of product. I want to carry the manual with the camera (I'm a rookie) but dosn't fit easy.
