The Polaroid inflatable diffuser takes the harsh, ultra bright light that emanates from most flash units and softens the harshness. The result is no more shadows. Hot spots are reduced because the diffuser screen spreads the light in many more directions than the flash itself. The diffuser is so light weight that you won't feel it on your flash at all. It is designed with a clear plastic window which acts as a stop limit on front of your flash window. The air pouch has an all white interior to maximize the amount of light that can arrive at your subject. The light that reflects off the interior then passes through the front mounted diffuser screen where the softening takes place. The exterior is opaque back. Deflates in seconds and can be stored in your pocket.
